RETURNS & REFUNDS
Not happy with something? No problem. You've got 14 days.
Here's how it works
- Head to www.cortaire.co.uk/returns
- Add your order number and info
- Pack everything back up in the original packaging with tags still on
- Post it back to us using tracked shipping (you cover the postage, but keep your tracking number)
- Once we get it and check it over, we'll refund you within 7 days
What we need
Your item needs to be:
- Unused and in perfect condition
- In the original packaging
- Tags still attached
- With your receipt or order confirmation
Returning your stuff
You'll need to pay for return postage and use a tracked service (for both our peace of mind). Get proof of postage just in case.
Simply head to www.cortaire.co.uk/returns and fill in a couple of details before you post your item, we'll let you know where to send it to
What we can't take back
Some things we just can't accept as returns:
- Custom or personalised gear
- Grips and overgrips once they're opened (hygiene thing)
- Clothing that's been worn or washed
- Paddles that have been used
- Sale items (they'll be marked as final sale)
Something arrived damaged or wrong?
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong thing, email hello@cortaire.co.uk straight away. We'll sort it out and cover the return shipping.
Getting your money back
We'll email you once we've received and checked your return to let you know if it's approved.
If it's all good, we'll refund your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank might take a bit longer to show it in your account.
If it's been more than 15 days since we said your refund was approved and you still don't have it, drop us an email at hello@cortaire.co.uk.
Exchanges?
We're doing refunds only at the moment. If you want something different, return what you've got and place a new order for what you actually want.
International orders (EU, USA, Canada)
EU customers: You've got the legal right to return within 14 days for any reason. Same conditions apply as above.
USA and Canada: You'll need to cover international return shipping. We'd recommend tracking and insurance for these.
